Be Still and Know That He Is God

In a world filled with chaos, distractions, and overwhelming pressure, there's a deep call for stillness—a call to step away from the noise and meet with God. It’s in that quiet place that transformation begins.

Go Somewhere Quiet and Talk to God
Sometimes all it takes is stepping into a quiet room, sitting in your car, or taking a walk and just talking to God. Pour your heart out. He’s listening. But don't stop there—take time to listen to Him, too. He wants to speak peace over your life, wisdom into your decisions, and healing into your heart.
God already knows what tomorrow holds. And here’s the truth: He has a good plan for your future. (Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.) You can trust Him with that.
Matthew 6:34 NIV Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of it's own.
Say "Yes, God"
He’s waiting for you to surrender—not just with your lips but with your heart. He wants to heal you. He wants a relationship with you. The door is wide open. All you have to do is say, “Yes, God.”
The Power of God's Word
Life isn’t easy. Situations, circumstances, and even the enemy himself don’t care how nice or peaceful you try to be. Trials will come. Emotions will rise. Flesh will try to take over. But that’s when you need something deeper, something lasting—you need the Word of God.
God’s Word gives you the strength to stand and the wisdom to move forward. What feels impossible becomes possible when you believe. Through Him, all things are possible.
Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
Why Do People Fall Away?
You may have heard someone say, “She was so righteous—what happened to her?” or “He used to be in church—where is he now?” Often, it's because they stopped applying God's Word to their lives. They became lukewarm. Maybe they were hurt, distracted, or simply drifted. But somewhere along the way, they stopped surrendering fully.
Don’t let that be your story. Stay grounded. Stay in His Word. Stay surrendered.
A Promise from God
God made a promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14:
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
There’s healing, forgiveness, and restoration waiting—but it starts with humility, prayer, and turning back to Him.
